The shower had tons of hair on the wall, the water pressure was low, and the hot water was like warm in the handicap shower.

“Don't stay here. Drapes covered in mold, WiFi didn't work, no cable or signing into your accounts (no WiFi), tub had large crack in it, toilet didn't work when we first arrived. Our room was ready, but they still made us pay for early check in--normally, I don't care but your property is in shambles”
“Toilet in original room was leaking bad, but we got moved to new room directly under old one where water could be heard running in walls. When I booked room originally, I booked room with Moody Center view. Which was not the case. The front of AC unit was falling off, lamps broken...so it made room look junky. Spoke with Dave who was going to adjust room rate. When we checked out, no notes were on account from previous day. Was told to get with Expedia since my room was booked through……
